In addition to his extensive medical expertise, Dr. Ronan is proficient in advanced aesthetic procedures, including Inmode BodyTite and FaceTite. This expertise has led him to establish and operate Aesthetic MedSpa, a leading clinic that specializes in non-surgical body contouring and facial rejuvenation treatments. At Aesthetic MedSpa, he combines medical knowledge with innovative aesthetic techniques to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals.

Owner & Med Spa Manager
Candace Taylor is the owner and manager of Taylor Management LLC and the driving force behind Glow Up Aesthetics in Kalamazoo, Michigan. With a passion for patient care, business development, and team culture, Candace has made Glow Up Aesthetics a trusted destination for advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized care. Her leadership focuses on empowering both clients and staff to feel confident, supported, and inspired every day. Candace has been happily married to her husband, Brett Taylor, a third-generation chiropractor in Otsego, for nearly 20 years. Together, they have three daughters who fill their lives with joy and adventure. When she’s not managing Glow Up, Candace loves to travel and spend time with her incredible team at Glow Up Aesthetics, who she considers family.
Kailey Fulmer
Nurse Injector
Kailey, registered nurse Injector, specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and medical weight loss. With a background in surgical nursing and extensive knowledge of facial anatomy, she creates personalized treatment plans designed to enhance natural beauty while maintaining balance and harmony. Her patient-centered approach, attention to detail, and commitment to safety have helped her build a loyal clientele and consistently deliver exceptional results.
Melissa Chopp
Nurse Practitioner
Melissa Chopp, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University and brings over eight years of diverse clinical nursing experience to aesthetic medicine. As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she combines advanced medical knowledge with an eye for artistry to deliver safe, evidence-based, and naturally beautiful results.
Melissa believes aesthetic treatments should be personalized to each patient’s unique anatomy, goals, and overall wellness. A lifelong learner with a meticulous eye for detail, she is committed to continually advancing her expertise through specialized training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and evolving aesthetic techniques.
Her philosophy is simple: enhance, not change. Melissa is passionate about helping patients feel confident and refreshed while creating balanced, natural results that still feel authentically them.
Darby Kasten
Esthetician
Darby has been in the beauty industry since 2016 and a licensed esthetician since 2019. With advanced training across brows, lashes, permanent makeup, and medical-grade skin treatments, she brings both artistry and science to every service.
She is certified in Morpheus8, Diolaze Laser Hair Removal, Forma RF Skin Tightening, SkinPen and Collagen P.I.N microneedling, and is a ZO Skin Health Specialist and SkinBetter Science Master Class certification . She also holds certifications in semi-permanent makeup, completed advanced one-on-one microblading and powder brow training through GLAMD in Chicago as well as Deseyener Pro. She has competed internationally in an eyelash extension competition in Amsterdam early 2020.
Darby has intentionally focused her expertise on corrective and preventative anti-aging treatments. She believes skin health is not a trend — it’s essential. Passionate about continuous education, she is committed to delivering the most advanced, results-driven treatments while building trust and confidence in her clients.

With over twenty years in the beauty industry, Tera brings a blend of medical expertise, artistry, and genuine passion to Glow Up Aesthetics. As a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA), she’s committed to helping every patient love the skin they’re in — and feel empowered at every age.
Tera is a firm believer in the power of advanced skincare and modern aesthetic treatments. She stays current through ongoing education and specialized certifications, including laser hair removal. Her favorite treatment to perform is SkinPen Microneedling, thanks to its ability to transform skin texture and boost natural radiance.
Her personal product lineup includes SkinBetter Science AlphaRet, SkinBetter Science Alto Advanced Defense & Repair Serum, and Hydrinity Renewing Serum — a trio she swears by for healthy, glowing skin.

Jalyn has spent 6+ years in customer service and loves spreading positivity to clients from the moment they call to schedule their first visit to the time they check out and schedule their next one! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 2 cats, doing unique face paint makeup, and creating art in the modeling and photography industry.
