Refund Policy

1. Services

Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments, all services are non-refundable, even if you are dissatisfied with the outcome. Results may vary from person to person, and while we strive to achieve the best results, no guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

If you experience a medical concern or adverse reaction, please contact our office immediately so that we may assess and guide you appropriately.

2. Prepaid Packages & Treatment Plans

• Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable.

• Unused portions of a treatment package may be credited toward other services at our discretion, based on the original purchase value.

• Packages or services have different expiration dates depending on the treatment type. Inquire within if you have purchased a package or service.

3. Retail Products

All sales are final for retail products unless there is a manufacturer defect for exchange only.

4. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid treatment.
